Mar 1

On this date the strength of the horses in No. 6  School was 387

 

The Following were transferred to 58th London D.A.C on its formation.

 

5 Officers

2 Trumpters  (sic)

9 Artificers

 

Mar 7

The Following men were transferred from 3/5th to 2nd/5th (Second Line)

The Following men proceeded Overseas to 47th Lond. Divl. Artillery

The Following men proceeded Overseas to 56th Lond. Divl. Artillery

Mar 12

The undermentioned Officers proceeded Overseas

 

Lieut. R. MASSEY, 3/2nd Lond. Bde.

2nd Lieut C.P. FOX 3/2nd Lond. Bde.

 

 

Calling up Class “B” Army Reserve, 1500 Recruits.

 

The O/C 3/3rd Lond. Bde. R.F.A. was directed to take charge of all Recruits called up from Class “B” Army Reserve and to maintain them as a separate unit, until such time as the School was ready to adopt its new organisation.

 

Their clothing to be issued by him. 

 

A New Pay and Mess a/c was also to be opened by him, and the preliminary training to come under his supervision.

9 Horses were struck off the strength of the School during the month of March 1916, leaving a total strength of 378.
